Refund Policy
Effective date: 8 May 2025
Noteeli Pro is a monthly subscription sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Because Paddle processes all payments and handles tax compliance on our behalf, their refund policies also apply.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Sign in at noteeli.com/account and click "Manage billing & cancel" — that opens Paddle's customer portal where you can cancel with one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then.
2. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment. If you subscribed, decided Noteeli Pro is not right for you, and it has been fewer than 14 days since your first charge — contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 14 days, charges are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not available.
3. How to request a refund
E-mail contact@noteeli.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the e-mail address you used to subscribe. We will process it within 3 business days.
Alternatively, you can contact Paddle support directly — as Merchant of Record, Paddle can also process refunds on their end.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds outside the above window at our discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances.
