Billing & subscriptions
Billing for Noteeli Pro is handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Most subscription self-service is available without contacting us:
- Manage your subscription — go to your Account page on noteeli.com → "Manage billing & cancel". This opens Paddle's customer portal where you can change your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.
- Refund requests — see the Refund Policy. 14-day no-questions-asked window on the first payment; e-mail us or contact Paddle support directly.
- Card statement question — charges appear as
PADDLE.NET*NOTEELI. Paddle is the seller of record.

Bug reports & feature requests
The best place for bugs and feature ideas is the GitHub issue tracker. For security-sensitive issues, e-mail us directly instead of opening a public issue.
